When you, your agent, or lender are prepared to initiate a title order, kindly send us an email containing your contact information. For sale/purchase transactions, please provide the signed agreement of sale. For refinances, we require the lender to submit their loan request to our email.
Our goal is to close on or before your contract closing date. In the event that matters requiring resolution extend beyond your contract date, we will provide timely updates on potential turnaround times. Please note that we request a minimum of 2 business days' notice for closings.
Upon the successful conclusion of the transaction and the recording of the deed and/or mortgage, we will finalize your policy and promptly mail both the policy and the original documents to you.
For agents and agencies leveraging our Title services, we extend conveyancing support for transactions where they represent the seller.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Initiating certifications for Water, Gas, Taxes, U&O, Etc.
- Handling Mortgage payoffs, Judgment, and lien payoffs.
- Providing Notary services for seller side deed packages.
